A locked church by Alan Amos:
Ah my dear Lord, the church is locked but let my heart be open to your presence;
there let us make, you and I,
your Easter garden;
plant it with flowers,
and let the heavy stone be rolled away.

POLKA FACULTY INFORMATION
Sunday 31st May 2020 - Pentecost
Following on from the Prime Minister's message on 23 March, the Diocese of Southwark announces:
Church continues to be alive and active, but our buildings must close in London.
London is seeing a huge increase in the number of people falling sick with COVID-19. We must distance ourselves from one another and prevent the spread of infection in order to save lives.
Therefore, as well as public worship being suspended, this and all church buildings in the Diocese of Southwark are now closed.
Our websites contain details of how to join others online for prayer, worship, study, and community life and contact details for the clergy.
